We got our first ripe zucchini yesterday from our garden!
So I was looking up recipes and fun stuff to do with them and I came across this scrumptious recipe. It will change how you eat grilled zucchini! I'm going to try it tomorrow. Try it out and let me know what you think: Simply grill without seasoning, using only a little bit of cooking oil, then chop into bite sized pieces once cooked. In a small bowl, mix 2 Tbsp of Olive oil, the juice of one lime, one drop of doTERRA Basil essential oil and salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the cooked zucchini with your sauce, mix gently and serve. Yummy!
